We decided it was time to spice things up around here and took the plunge. Apart from our new look, Psyphire’s customer care center has undergone significant upgrades recently bringing a series of easily accessible features to you, our loyal customers. Among these are:
- Account Dashboard: Our new client area allows you to manage your account including modifying or adding new services, your contact information, payment method, paying invoices, and checking the status of any support tickets you have submitted.
- Control Panel: Always updated with the most recent version, cPanel allows you complete control over the technical aspects of your domain, email, databases, and more. You can access your cPanel account from within the Dashboard, or directly from here: https://psyphire.com/cpanel
- Webmail: Our online email system has been upgraded so that now you can access your email from any browser on any device. You can sign into any of your email accounts from within the Dashboard, or directly from here: https://psyphire.com/webmail
- Performance: On the backend, we have gone to great lengths to create a multi-faceted caching system which has radically upgraded the speed at which your web sites are delivered to the world. Through rigorous testing we have found that fully-optimized sites within our network now load up to 96% faster than all other web sites tested (source: Pingdom). That’s pretty darn fast.
