Depending on your web hosting plan, Psyphire’s automatic backup service runs once a week on Sunday mornings for NewComer accounts, or once every day for PrimeTime and Business accounts.  Each backup process overwrites the previous backup.  Only one backup is kept at a time.  Psyphire creates backups of shared web hosting accounts that are under 10 GB and 50,000 inodes.

Psyphire backups are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.  Customers are responsible for their own web content and should make their own backups for added protection. For additional information, please refer to our Terms of Service.

You can download an updated backup of your account in cPanel by clicking on Files > Backup > Download a Full Website Backup.
