Retrieving or Changing Your Lost Password
If you have forgot your password and need to reset it, you have a few options:
- For your main account, use this password reset form. Use the email address you used when signing up for your web hosting account.
- For email account passwords, you have two options:
- Click on "Webmail" at the top of the Psyphire web site and use the "Reset Password" link.
- Click on "cPanel" at the top of the Psyphire web site and reset the password under "Email > Email Accounts."
- For cPanel passwords, click on "cPanel" at the top of the Psyphire web site and use the "Reset Password" link.
Changing Your UsernameSorry, but due to the complexities involved in the integration of the username through the system, you cannot change your username.
